Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Artwork
Some products on our website require artwork prior to manufacture. Artwork allows us to print displays, bespoke signs and other products. If you are unable to produce artwork and supply it via email or disc in either outlined EPS, PDF, AI format - JPEG or TIFF image format, then a minimum £10.00 + V.A.T. will be added to your order. You can choose to do this on our site or it will be charged once your design has been approved. The Basic Artwork Charge covers text imput with basic effects, (shadow, outline, fades, distortions), and image positioning, however, any images are to be supplied by the client. Other charges for artwork may be applicable but only charged when the client has been informed and has agreed the fee. The Basic Artwork Charge is added per design. No products that require artwork will be dispatched until any artwork has been approved. Artwork will only be undertaken when payment has been received in full. Client Artwork - In the event that a client wishes to submit their own artwork, Slater Signs will assume that the client has checked the content of the design, approved the design and is aware that the design is print ready and needs no alterations. If we feel that any client artwork is unsuitable to print directly from, then the client will be advised and a request to approve the artwork will be made.
We accept credit card payments through the PayPal payments website. All payments are secure and card details are not seen by us. For more information plese click on the PayPal logo on our store pages.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling All items are delivered by reputable couriers. Signitures are required on delivery, however if you are aware that no one will be present at your required delivery address, then arrangements can be made for the package to be left without a signiture. Please cantact us if this is required. If you have not received your order by the standard delivery time, you can contact us and we will track your order. |
| Delivery Schedule All orders of standard items will be delivered 3 to 5 working days from when the payment process is complete, (from receipt of company order number for acccount holders). For non standard and bspoke items please ask for an estimated delivery date. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
